WHO WE ARE

The Body Stress Release (BSR) Foundation was founded as a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) in 2019. The BSR Foundation works towards the relief of pain and suffering, through the specific use of the BSR technique for disadvantaged communities. It ensures the sustainability of the Body Stress Release Outreach programmes and in addition, provides sponsorship to qualifying students from disadvantaged backgrounds who would not otherwise have the financial means to study Body Stress Release.

The BSR technique improves mobility, eases discomfort and pain thereby improving the quality of life for individuals. This is achieved by releasing stored tension caused by physical, emotional and chemical stresses. BSR is made available to institutions and schools for the disabled and or disadvantaged.
