PAIA Manual
Our PAIA Manual explains the categories of records held by the Association, the procedure for requesting access to records, applicable fees, and the rights and remedies available to requesters.
PAIA Form 2 – Request for Access to Record
Use this prescribed form to request access to a record held by the Association. Please submit the completed form, together with proof of identity and any required authority to act for another person, to the Information Officer.
POPIA Policy
Our POPIA Policy explains how the Association manages and protects personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013.
